What is the ELI?

The Energy Leadership Index is a coaching tool that we can use to explore your energetic profile.

The ELI Assessment is a 70 question, web-based attitudinal assessment that reveals the perceptions, filters, and thinking patterns that a person has developed throughout life which continually influence one’s personal and professional life. 

The ELI will provide insight into a person’s way of thinking and help to gain an awareness of one’s tendencies both on a normal day or a stressful day. This tool measures a person’s current potential to inspire oneself or others while understanding how to engage in a productive, content, and fulfilled life.
